Imagination

Imagination

We believe that school should be a place that not only does not stifle children's imagination but rather allows it to grow and flourish exponentially. Therefore, we make efforts to stimulate and enhance children's existing imaginations through various stimuli. We appreciate the value of drawing pink trees and eagerly chase after incredible dreams that can be drawn next to the tree without asking, "Why isn't it green?"

Self-expression

Self-expression

At our school, we create different channels for our students to express themselves. Recognizing that not only words but also art, drama, and our senses are means of expression, we encourage students to feel comfortable expressing themselves and support them in discovering new ways of expression.

Fearlessness of Mistakes

Fearlessness of Mistakes

Where there is silence in any classroom, there is the impact of negative feedback given after a mistake. That's why our classrooms are lively. We do not give negative feedback after mistakes to our students. Mistakes are corrected but this process is not managed in a way that suppresses students' voices. In fact, our students are encouraged to make mistakes if necessary, so they can see that mistakes do not require fear of consequences. All students are encouraged to take risks and to try again even if they make mistakes.

Open-mindedness

Open-mindedness

At Fide Schools, every viewpoint is valued and listened to. We encourage our students to grow not with a fixed mindset but with an open mindset that is receptive to growth.

Problem Solving

At Fide Schools, we aim to equip our students with the skills to think freely and systematically. We encourage our students to generate solutions to the problems they encounter using the tools at their disposal.

Exploring

At Fide, curious and problem-solving students learn by exploring, taking ownership of the knowledge they discover, and preparing for new discoveries. We design our learning environments in our school to ignite students' desire for exploration.

Curiosity

Curiosity

Everything begins with curiosity, and children naturally grow with curiosity. As they inquire, they learn and establish stronger connections with the world around them. At Fide, we strive to further stimulate children's innate curiosity. During the learning process, we allow children to ask questions and follow their curiosity, refraining from asking students questions to which we already know the answers.

Versatility

Versatility

Each student has different strengths and areas for development. It is important for our students to be aware of this. We strive to help our students develop versatility by recognizing their personal qualities. We understand that being versatile is not just about having a strong knowledge of mathematics but also being a good music listener, playing the drums well, and even writing good stories. With this in mind, we work towards this goal.

Not Giving Up

Research shows that highly successful individuals in any field share one common trait: they never give up. In a world where life moves so fast and tasks are completed quickly thanks to technology, how can we teach children to persist on their paths without giving up, despite quickly achieving their desires with minimal effort? At Fide, children learn that we have goals. They learn to believe that effort is valuable and that hard work will help them achieve their goals.

Setting Goals
