Fide School's Founding Philosophy
The transformation in education will make sense when we begin to question the concept of "school" and embark on a quest to reshape it in light of the realities of the day.

The story of Fide Schools is a tale of a transformation we sought, worked for, and questioned, as we aimed for something better.
In an educational environment where schools resemble race tracks with multiple-choice questions and where the number of correct answers on tests is presented as the sole measure of success, it was crucial not to conform and fall into the trap of the system.
Believing in the uniqueness of every student and the diversity of learning, we prioritized emotions over numbers on our learning journey. We recognize that emotional well-being is as valuable as academic achievement, which is why our top priority is the "well-being state" for both students and teachers.
Fide continues its journey of growth in a climate where the voice of every stakeholder can be heard, every idea is harnessed in all decision-making processes, the pursuit of excellence is embraced as a principle, and the child's ultimate benefit takes precedence in every decision made.
We understand that curiosity is the driving force behind learning; therefore, while designing learning content to present to our students during coordination meetings, we also plan the kind of learning environment we will provide, considering not only what will be learned but also how. We prioritize our students' utilization of various disciplines in constructing knowledge and their development of advanced thinking skills and critical questioning.
We will continue to advance and learn anew every day in the light of educational science that we are committed to.
We know that the children we invest in today will beautify the future.
