Born in Istanbul in 1995, Aslı Hercihan spent a year in the United States during her high school years after winning a full scholarship from an exchange program. She graduated from Marmara University’s English Language Teaching Department in 2018. During her university years, she continued her education for a semester in the Czech Republic through the Erasmus Program.
She worked as an English homeroom teacher at Bilfen Schools from 2018 to 2020. Since 2020, she has been an English teacher at Fide Schools. Her favorite color is orange, and she enjoys engaging in punch needle embroidery in her free time.
Since 2013, she has been an active volunteer in an intercultural exchange program and currently serves as the president of this program's association.
She believes that our differences enrich us. Having realized her biggest dream of seeing the Northern Lights last year, Aslı now dreams of stepping foot on different continents, witnessing different cultures, and, if luck is on her side, meeting a few local African tribes.
She works as an English Teacher at the İdealtepe Campus of Fide Schools.
