She was born in Aydın in 1990. In 2012, she graduated from Kocaeli University with a degree in Primary School Mathematics Education. During her university years, she volunteered at the Community Volunteers Foundation and the Turkish Education Foundation. She began her career as a mathematics teacher in Istanbul. In 2014, she started her master's degree in Educational Programs and Instruction at Yıldız Technical University, transitioning into the field of Program Development and Assessment.
Her master's thesis, completed in 2017, focused on "An analysis of TIMSS mathematics questions within the context of mathematics curriculum and TEOG mathematics questions," supported by the university's Research Fund (BAP). She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in Educational Programs and Instruction at Yıldız Technical University, starting in 2021.
After working as a specialist at Avrupa College, she took on leadership roles as Program Development and Assessment Coordinator at Bahçeşehir College General Directorate and İELEV Schools General Directorate. In these roles, she actively participated in the planning of national and international exams, academic processes, preparation of educational programs for submission to the Board of Education, instructional design, and teacher training processes. She led UbD (Understanding by Design) Leadership at the school where she worked on instructional design. She also obtained the UbD Trainer Certificate through applied training during this process.
Her academic work includes research on UbD in lesson design and implementation, project-based learning, program development and evaluation studies, scale development and adaptation studies, and instructional processes, with national and international papers and articles, as well as presentations at ATC Symposiums on in-school practices.
She values teamwork greatly, believing that sharing knowledge and new learnings adds meaning. In addition to her professional pursuits, she has been involved in running for many years, participating in 10K-15K and half marathon races. Her greatest motivation is to travel and explore new tastes and places.
She currently serves as the Assistant Academic Coordinator at Fide Schools.
