She completed her undergraduate education at Marmara University, Atatürk Faculty of Education, specializing in Primary School Teaching with a minor degree in Social Studies Education. Following her university education, she spent three years in England for language training and also conducted observations at various schools.
Upon returning to Turkey, she worked as a classroom teacher and for many years as a department head at Zeynep Mutlu Education Foundation Private Kemer College, ENKA Schools, and Terakki Foundation Schools. She also served as the IBPYP (International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme) Coordinator at Terakki Foundation Schools Tepeören Campus.
She has attended numerous national and international IBPYP training sessions and presented at many seminars. She has played an active role in implementing the PYP through teacher training workshops and parent workshops that she organized. After completing the IB Program Leadership training, she became an IBEN (IB Educator Network) member and leads school visit teams for the evaluation of schools implementing IB programs worldwide.
She currently works as the Middle School Principal at Fide Schools, Idealtepe Campus.
