Merve Sarıkaş was born in 1994 in Zonguldak. She developed a passion for music at a young age and began singing in various groups and events at school. She attended Erdemir Anatolian Fine Arts High School in Ereğli, Zonguldak, where she graduated with a major in clarinet and a minor in piano. She completed her higher education at Marmara University Faculty of Music Education.
Just three months after entering university, she started teaching clarinet and piano at private courses and art institutions, gaining pedagogical experience working with individuals of all ages. She continues to prepare students for various universities in the field of music and music education.
From her university years onwards, she actively participated in musical theatre productions as both an instrumentalist and orchestra conductor, fulfilling her desire to experience theatre, which she always wanted to be a part of. Her curiosity in other art forms led her to pursue ceramic work as a hobby. Due to her interest in archaeology, she enjoys visiting and exploring historical sites. She has a cat named Mecnun.
She believes that her connection with children is built on love and trust, which are essential in education and teaching. She sees them as gems waiting to be discovered.
She currently serves as a Music Teacher at Fide Schools Idealtepe Campus.
