Born in 1980 in Tokat, Nihan Bulduk graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in English Language Teaching in 2003. She began her career as an English teacher at Wall Street Institute and later worked for many years at Açı Schools. She has continuously pursued training focusing on differentiated educational techniques for her personal development. In 2019, she completed Sabancı University's SLTEP (Teacher Mentoring) program.
Professionally, she is enhancing her skills in school leadership. In her spare time, she enjoys doing puzzles, painting mandalas, and cycling.
She currently serves as the Deputy Principal for Grades 2, 3, and 4 at Fide Schools, Serpil Yazıcı Campus.
