Born in 1994 in Giresun, Oğuzcan lived in this city until the end of his high school education. In 2012, he started his undergraduate studies in English Language Teaching at Hacettepe University. During his undergraduate years, he volunteered for TEMA (Turkish Foundation for Combating Soil Erosion, for Reforestation and the Protection of Natural Habitats). After graduating, he moved to Istanbul in 2016. He taught English to different age groups at various private schools (ERA College, GEO College, İSTEK Schools). During this period, he also served as the CAS Coordinator at an IB DP candidate school and obtained a PYP certificate at an authorized IB school.
Throughout his teaching career, he focused on 21st-century skills including Critical Thinking Skills, Approaches to Learning, and Student Agency. He loves reading, is passionate about sports and sports history, and is also a cinephile. He enjoys discussing and debating films.
He currently serves as Deputy Principal at Fide Schools, Idealtepe Campus.
