Selin Arıgün was born in 1990 in Istanbul. She completed her high school education at Kartal Yüksel İlhan Alanyalı Anatolian Teacher High School. She received a scholarship for her university education and graduated from Yeditepe University’s Department of Mathematics Education in 2016. During her university years, she worked as a Volunteer Instructor and Coordinator at the Yeditepe University Mathematics Workshop. In the schools where she worked, she collaborated with Yeditepe University, involving her students in the material courses of the Mathematics Education Department and actively participating in the university's project "How to Use Materials in Mathematics." In 2012, she volunteered at the Nesin Mathematics Village. She has been working with middle school exam groups for many years.
Selin is also a trained photographer. She loves solving puzzles, reading books, and cooking. She is married and a mother of two children.
Selin Arıgün works as a Math Teacher at Fide Schools İdealtepe Campus.
